Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on iongacor
KYC verification is the foundation of account security on iongacor. When you open an account, you provide your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information. This data is stored in encrypted form and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent or legal requirement.
Before your first withdrawal, you must submit two documents: a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). Our compliance team reviews these documents manually. This process typically completes within 24 hours, though complex cases may take longer.
KYC verification protects you by ensuring that only the account owner can withdraw funds. It also protects iongacor by preventing money laundering and fraud.
Document requirements and rejection reasons
Your ID must be clear, legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and ID number. Blurry photos or partially obscured documents are rejected. Your proof of address must show your name and current address. If your document is rejected, we provide specific feedback—for example, "ID photo is too dark" or "address document is expired." You can resubmit immediately.
Players from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang all follow the same verification process. There are no regional exceptions or shortcuts. This consistency ensures fair treatment across all jurisdictions where iongacor operates.
What happens after verification
Once your documents are approved, your account gains full withdrawal privileges. You can now request payouts to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer). Your verified status remains active indefinitely unless you update your personal information or we detect suspicious activity.
Verification is required before any withdrawal
You can deposit and play without verification, but withdrawals are blocked until KYC is complete. This protects both you and iongacor.
Password security and two-factor authentication
Your password is your first line of defense. iongacor requires passwords to be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. We do not store your password in plain text—it is hashed using industry-standard encryption. Even our staff cannot see your password.
We recommend changing your password every 90 days, especially if you use the same password across multiple platforms. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with a reset link. Click the link, create a new password, and your account is immediately secured with the new credentials.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but strongly recommended. It prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.
Enabling two-factor authentication
To enable 2FA, go to your account settings and select "Security." Choose "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." iongacor supports authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) and SMS-based codes. We recommend authenticator apps because they work offline and are more secure than SMS.
Once enabled, every login requires two steps: (1) enter your password, (2) enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app or SMS. This means even if someone steals your password, they cannot access your account without your phone. Store your backup codes in a safe place—if you lose access to your authenticator app, backup codes let you regain access.
Session security and automatic logout
iongacor automatically logs you out after subject to verification of inactivity. This protects you if you leave your device unattended. When you return, you must log in again. On shared devices (family computer, internet café), always log out manually after your session ends. Do not check "Remember me" on shared devices.
Withdrawal review and fraud detection
When you request a withdrawal, our system performs automated checks. We verify that your account is verified (KYC complete), that your withdrawal amount does not exceed your balance, and that your withdrawal method matches your registered payment details. This process typically completes within minutes.
If your withdrawal triggers our fraud-detection system—for example, if you request an unusually large amount or withdraw to a different payment method than you usually use—our compliance team reviews the request manually. This may add 24–48 hours to processing time. We contact you via email if we need additional information.
Withdrawal delays are frustrating, but they protect your account from unauthorized access. If you recognize the withdrawal request, respond to our email and we expedite processing.
Unusual activity detection
Our system flags withdrawals that deviate from your normal pattern. If you typically withdraw our welcome offer weekly but suddenly request our welcome offer, we pause and verify. If you usually withdraw to online payment but suddenly request a bank transfer, we verify. These checks are inconvenient but necessary.
If you detect unauthorized activity on your account—a withdrawal you did not make, a login from an unfamiliar location, or a password change you did not initiate—contact our support team immediately. We can freeze your account, reverse unauthorized transactions, and help you regain control.
Data protection and encryption
All data transmitted between your device and iongacor's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. This means your password, payment information, and session data are unreadable to anyone intercepting the connection. Your data is stored in encrypted databases with restricted access.
iongacor does not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data only for account management, compliance, and fraud prevention. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi holidays, your account remains secure and accessible—our security systems operate 24/7 regardless of calendar dates.
Payment information security
When you deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer, your payment details are never stored on iongacor's servers. Instead, you are redirected to your payment provider's secure gateway. iongacor receives only a confirmation that your deposit succeeded. This architecture ensures your payment credentials remain with your bank or e-wallet provider, not with us.
Account recovery and support
If you lose access to your account, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your credentials. If you lose access to your 2FA device, use your backup codes to log in, then disable 2FA and set it up again with a new device. If you do not have backup codes, contact our support team with proof of identity (the same documents you submitted during KYC verification).
Our support team operates in English and can assist with account recovery, security concerns, and verification questions. Response times vary based on volume, but we prioritize security-related requests. If you suspect your account has been compromised, mark your support ticket as urgent.
